1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Jauntly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial trip planning purposes. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App to collect data for competing services; (c) upload malicious content or spam; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or (e) use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Jauntly Pro Subscriptions

Jauntly offers optional Jauntly Pro subscriptions billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are subject to usage limits on swipes and trips, which may be adjusted at our discretion. Free users may see advertisements within the App. Jauntly Pro subscribers are exempt from these limits and advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Jauntly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Place data is provided by third-party services and is subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any place information, ratings, or recommendations displayed in the App. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jauntly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury resulting from reliance on App content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
